The newly renovated Haus Marina enjoys a quiet and central location in Bad Hofgastein and has seven private car parking spaces. The house is child-friendly and is also suitable for families with a dog.
The 20m² terrace provides modern seating, sun loungers and a parasol. You can relax here in peace and quiet. Seven private parking spaces are available. The garden has a wonderful arbour with seating, a grill area, sun loungers and a big trampoline. There is a lockable garage for bicycles and motorbikes.
There are three holiday apartments on three floors. The Alpenrose apartment is on the ground floor. It measures 70m², comprising a living room-kitchen, two bedrooms, a modern bathroom and a large terrace. The large modern kitchen unit is fully-equipped with a ceramic hob, oven, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, microwave, coffee machine, toaster and kettle, plenty of pots and pans, crockery, glasses and cutlery. The room also has a sofa bed, a large dining space and of course a TV. The two bedrooms are furnished with a double bed, wardrobe, valet stand and TV. One bedroom also has a desk, the other a dresser. The bathroom is very modern and has a large shower (80 x 120cm), washbasin and WC.
Right in front of the house there is a ski bus and city bus stop. The centre of Bad Hofgastein is only 400 metres away, the Schlossalmbahn just 500 metres, and the Alpentherme 600 metres. There are shops (Hofer, Spar) 300 metres away. It is only 150 metres to restaurants, cafes and bars. The Griespark is right opposite and there is a large natural lawn 50 metres away.
Cable TV and Wi-Fi are available free of charge. In winter we have a large ski storage room and a drying room for clothing and ski boots. A washing machine and dryer are available in our laundry room.
