This wonderful holiday home is situated peacefully in a nice location and is just a few minutes walking distance from the child-friendly sandy beach. The nearby villages are Lohals, Hou, Dageløkke and Tranekær. The beautiful Lohals is a typical fishing port. A small 'Ferry' between Lohals and Lundeborg (cars are not transported) is operational in summer months. The interesting Tranekær Slot boasts of several exciting museums and a pretty park with sculptures. Next to the castle there is the Souvenir Museum, the only one of its kind in Denmark. The tobacco barn located between Tranekær and Rudkøbing is one of the interesting exhibitions on Danish tobacco.
