Sunny 2.5 room attic flat on the 2nd floor, quietly located with sunny balcony. Cosy flat with roof beams and lots of Swiss stone pine, gallery (additional living space) accessible via internal staircase. The flat has free WLAN internet access. One bedroom with double bed and built-in Swiss stone pine wardrobe with plenty of storage space. New, modern kitchen with window, granite worktop, ceramic hob (fridge with large freezer compartment), oven, various coffee machines including Nespresso, plenty of crockery, cutlery and pans. Bathroom with bathtub/glass wall. Entire flat with floor tiles (individually adjustable underfloor heating), carpet on the gallery. Use of the underground car park and outside parking space (directly in front of the front door) is included in the rent. by mountain bike on 400 kilometres of enjoyable trails: the Upper Engadine offers a first-class network of hiking and mountain bike trails amidst the pristine mountain world and the inspiring Upper Engadine lake district. The four flow trails on the Corviglia provide the right flow. The lakes of the Upper Engadin are also popular with sports enthusiasts. Kitesurfing, sailing, windsurfing, stand-up paddling: the possibilities are almost endless. The expanse of the inspiring high valley can be experienced in a particularly impressive way on the two 18-hole golf courses in Samedan and Zuoz. And in addition to the wide range of sporting activities on offer, there are also first-class cultural attractions such as a visit to the museum or the numerous art galleries in the various villages.
In winter, 350 kilometres of the finest pistes in the Corviglia, Corvatsch and Diavolezza ski areas and the family-friendly Zuoz invite you to enjoy true skiing and snowboarding fun. Cross-country skiers will find over 220 kilometres of groomed trails in the Upper Engadine and the side valleys. The winter hiking trails and cross-country ski trails on the frozen lakes of the Upper Engadine sparkle with light, sunshine and vastness in the midst of an inspiring mountain world. Those who want to enjoy the tranquillity and beauty of the snow-covered forests can hike along the 150 km of winter hiking trails in the side valleys of Val Roseg, Val Fex or Val Bever, while those who prefer an overview can enjoy breathtaking views on the panoramic hiking trails high above the lakes on Muottas Muragl.
Families can enjoy the Engadin sunshine on a carriage ride into Val Roseg or Val Fex, or toboggan down into the valley on the 4.2 km long, winding Muottas Muragl toboggan run.

    “Wir haben die sonnigen Tage im Engadin sehr genossen und den Herbst von der
    schönsten Seite erlebt. Die perfekte Wohnung rundet das Wohlfühlerlebnis ab. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder. Positiv: Wir haben unsere Ferien in einer sehr schönen und gepflegten Wohnung verbracht und haben uns von Anfang an richtig wohl gefühlt :-) Negativ: Es gibt überhaupt nichts was nicht gut gewesen wäre.”

    “Ich würde die Wohnung jederzeit wieder buchen, da alles was man für Wanderferien braucht, vorhanden war. Positiv: Es war alles vorhanden was man brauchte. Der Kontakt war herzlich und jederzeit sehr hilfreich und entgegenkommend.Die Lage ist sehr gut und ich habe vorher weitere Informationen seitens der Vermieterin erhalten. Wir haben uns richtig wohl gefühlt Negativ: es gibt nichts zu beanstanden”
