This pretty and nicely furnished holiday home is located near the sea, in a small bay on the Korcula island. The house comprises two separate accommodation units, connected by external stairs.The interiors are functionally furnished. The house is spacious and comfortable and therefore perfect for two larger families. On the ground floor there is a large dining area with indoor fireplace, where during early spring and winter guests can unwind by the fire with a glass of wine. On the first floor there is a large living room and a beautiful covered terrace with a view on neighbouring islands and blue surface of the sea. Should you wish to cool down, you can simply jump into the swimming pool and later on relax in the sun. The house owner lives in the house positioned below the holiday home. The area is peaceful and full of greenery. Nearby you can find small beaches suitable also for children as well as a diving club for fans of active rest. There is a possibility of sport fishing. A part of the access road leading to the house is unpaved.
