This self-sufficient finca for self-catering, with a walled plot of approx. 1000 sqm, is located in a separate building in the grounds of the finca hotel Es Llobets. The separate 125 sqm house has a valid licence (AG/341), 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (one en suite), a cosy living/dining room, a terrace and a fully equipped kitchen (a barbecue on the terrace is included). Heating and air conditioning are also available. Washing machine and tumble dryer as well as dishwasher are available as well as SAT-TV and Wlan. SPECIAL FEATURE: Guests of the self-sufficient finca can use all public areas as well as the terrace(s) / garden and the pool of the finca hotel, as there is no private pool on the plot on which the separate house is located. The two houses (hotel / finca) are only 50 metres apart. It is also possible to book breakfast or occasional evening meals (for a fee). Due to the concept of the hotel (Adults Only), this house is also only suitable for adults. Pets are welcome at any time on request.
