The detached villa is furnished in a modern style. The property is located in the town centre. Also due to its quiet and sunny location the domicile is popular. Available for your exclusive use: barbecue facilities, terrace and garden furniture. Mooring for boats up to 3 m on request.

Vinišće, district Mastrinka 13. The villa is located on a enclosed garden plot with flowers and trees. The landlord lives in a separate building on the property. Access is via a side road (asphalted). Parking (for 2 cars) is available on the property.
