The domicile is also popular because of the view over the sea from the property and the quiet and sunny location at the water. For common use are available: sunbathing area, parasol, sun lounger, garden shower, grill possibility, terrace and garden furniture. On the ground floor of the house there is a common lounge which is equipped with a pool table, a darts console, a home cinema and a Playstation 4 with games. The lounge is free to use and is open from 12:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. The landlord, who is a professional tennis trainer, offers you tennis lessons upon request. The tennis court is 350 m from the holiday apartment.
