This holiday house is on a residential estate and is in Castel Volturno, on the west coast of Italy in Caserta province, the Campagna region about 35km from Naples. The semi-detached house was renovated in 2016 and is about 600 metres from the beach.

The semi-detached house of around 60m² has a kitchen with an induction hob, a fridge, a washing machine and dishwasher, a toaster, kettle, German filter coffee machine and a dining table with chairs. The house has two bedrooms, one furnished with a double bed (180cm wide), the other with a single bed (90cm wide) and a bunk bed (90cm wide). The living room provides a sofa that can be converted into a bed for two people (160cm wide) and satellite TV with a CD/DVD player. All the beds have orthopaedic mattresses. The modern bathroom is fitted with a shower cubicle with a thermostat, a toilet and a washbasin. Wireless Internet access is available throughout. A washing machine and an iron are available for use.

The house is on a site that is monitored and enclosed. It can only be accessed with a key. In front of the house there is a shaded terrace of around 20m² and there is a sunny terrace on the roof with deckchairs and parasols. There is a small private car parking space. A pet is allowed on request.

The beaches are within easy walking distance, as are grocery shops or pizzerias. The cheese dairies are nearby, with real mozzarella (di buffalo). You can visit Naples with its many sights by car. Naples is the city of original pizza. Or you can go on a trip to the active volcano Vesuvius or the historical town of Pompeii.
