Modern villa with pool in Medulin The Villa Medulin II is a new villa located in the fisher village of Medulin. Villa Medulin accomodates 8 guests. The Villa is situated in the south of Istria and offers you a luxurious accommodation experience . It is ideal for families and groups of people. The villa has got 4 bedrooms, 3 bedrooms with enclosed bathrooms. All bedrooms are air conditioned. From the living room you can exit to the pool and prepare fish or meat on the grill or just relax next the pool. You can also play pikado or volleyball or play with your kids in the garden playground. Two rooms have got a terrace with an amazing sea vila.
*Pool heating with heat pump is available upon request at an additional charge of 180 € per week (weather-related temperature)
Visitor's tax and security deposit: visitor's tax no (01/01/2025 - 31/12/2026), security deposit EUR 400.00 (mandatory, payable at location) (01/01/2025 - 06/03/2027)

50% of the rental price if cancellation is made up to the 35th day prior to arrival
80% of the rental price if cancellation is made up to the 2nd day prior to arrival
95% of the rental price if cancellation is made on the day of arrival
