Right next to it there is a sauna, some sports equipment and a bar.The apartment has a private parking space which is provided free of charge.A footpath leads from the house to the town center and the nearest beach called Kastel. Although the house is in a quiet location, the town center with restaurants, cafes, shops, excursion boats and many other leisure activities are only a few minutes' walk away.The property of the house is equipped with video surveillance and completely fenced.
