Feel warmly welcome in the heart of Lörrach. In addition to the central location, the newly renovated apartment offers a special flair of old and new. Plank and terrazzo floors are witnesses of the 19th century and, together with design classics, offer a cozy atmosphere. With approx. 65sqm of living space, it can accommodate up to 4 people. You can walk to the train station and the city center in 5 minutes. In combination with the Konus card available to you, you can explore the surrounding area free of charge by train or bus. In the covered courtyard entrance you can park your car during your stay for a small fee. The apartment is unfortunately not barrier-free due to the steps to the main entrance. We are a non-smoking house, so we ask you not to smoke outside. Pets are possible on request. WiFi access is available on site free of charge.

The 2-room apartment with approx. 65 square meters of living space offers you plenty of space for up to 4 people with a spacious living/dining room, bedroom, kitchen, bathroom and direct access from the loggia to the inner courtyard. In summer you can enjoy the patio and the small garden with a cozy dining area. The yard is bordered by a high old sandstone wall, which gives rise to an almost Italian flair. The bedroom is very quiet due to its location to the small garden. In addition to the bedroom with a double bed (180 x 200 cm, a firm and a medium-soft mattress), the high-quality sofa bed (160 x 200 cm) with a comfortable mattress with spring slats offers a high level of sleeping comfort. The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, fridge with freezer compartment, stove with oven, Nespresso machine and all the necessary kitchen utensils and crockery. There is also a washing machine and a small table ironing board with an iron. A floor-level shower is built into the bathroom on a 10 cm high base. The width of the shower is approx. 75 cm and the length 140 cm. The floors were left in their original condition - so you walk on the same boards as the two sisters Anna and Daly. Of course, such a long history leaves a few traces. Due to age, there are some wide gaps in the floorboards and in the herringbone parquet. Unfortunately, the terrazzo floors have received one or two injuries due to the removal of layers of screed and other coverings. Nevertheless, we are very happy to have brought the beautiful old floor back to life. Pets are allowed in the apartment on request. Please note that smoking (also outdoors) is generally not permitted.
