A special highlight is the Pikstein mountain, which offers you an impressive view of the region. In the winter months, the region turns into a paradise for cross-country skiing and snowshoeing. You can also visit Norway's largest stave church in Heddal. The Kongsberg Silver Mountain and the Mining Museum also offer exciting insights into the region's past.
