Rest and View apartment
This apartment spreads over two levels; the ground floor has a sleeping area furnished with a bunk bed an open wardrobe. On the same floor there’s a completely renewed bathroom with also a washing machine.
The sleeping area on the first floor has one double bedroom where you can find a large open wardrobe. On the right of the floor you can find the kitchen and a sunny living area which leads to the balcony with an outdoor table and a barbeque.
It can accommodate up to a maximum of four adults,
The apartment is equipped with a dishwasher, washing machine, fridge, freezer, microwave oven, coffee maker, juicer, toaster, kettle, satellite TV, free Wi-Fi connection and an iron.
WORTH KNOWING THINGS
At arrival, the apartment will be furnished with bed linen, towels, and kitchen cloth. Some samples of soap, shower gel and shampoo will be offered, but all the personal hygiene products must be bought during the stay.
The parking space is 100 meters far from the apartment. It’s public and free.
Outside and inside the apartment there are some stairs that might make difficult the walkway for people with ambulation issues.
The check-in time is from 16.00 to 19.00. When welcomed, the guests will be given all the information regarding the zone: interest places, recommended restaurants, sports and lots more! Inside the apartment there’ll be a pochette with inside all the maps, useful to decide what too visit and to get your bearings! In case of late arrival, all the necessary info to reach the apartment will be sent by mail.
The check-out time is at 10.00 A.M. The guests are kindly asked to clean a little the kitchen and to throw away their rubbish as said during the check-in.
Pets are well accepted, but their presence must be advised before the arrival. For each pet there’ll be an additional charge.
We know having a toddler is beautiful but at the same time it might be hectic during travelling. Let us know in advance if you have a baby and you’ll find everything you need in the apartment! The baby package includes a baby bed (or cot), highchair, plates and cutlery for babies and baby bath.
The electricity and gas consumption (ONLY in winter period) will be considered extra and will be charged based on the consumption at check-out moment.
