Family friendly newly built apartment with roofed veranda and shared garden
This family friendly holiday apartment is no more than a kilometre from the sea and a wide, white sandy beach. The white sandy beaches with crystal clear water are typical for the village Lotzorai in the province Ogliastra. The village is about a kilometre from the east coast of Sardinia and the Tyrrhenian Sea.
The apartment is on the ground floor of a newly built four-family-house with the owners also living in the property. The accommodation is bright and spacious. It is divided into a double bedroom, a further bedroom with two single beds and a spacious living room. In the living area one will also find a kitchenette which is equipped with all necessities. There is an adequate amount of dishes, cutlery and cooking utensils. The modern bathroom has a shower cabin and has been kept in Mediterranean turquoise blue.
Furthermore the apartment provides a free Adsl internet access, digital TV, washing machine, iron and safe.
The outdoor area has been designed in appealingly with a stone facade and a large, roofed veranda. For nice evenings outside you will find a barbecue and garden furniture. The garden that is shared with other occupants also has some playground equipment.
This holiday apartment is only five kilometres from Arbatax harbour and three kilometres from the airport Tortolì-Arbatax. The village Lotzorai is also in close proximity to the tourist marina Santa Maria Navarrese.
