Holiday house with a heated pool and a sea view

The holiday house that was completely renovated in 2006 enjoys a quiet location at the edge of an olive plantation.

You can use the seating, outdoor fireplace with grill and a solar shower outside in the garden. The pool is for your own exclusive use. There is a shallower section for children.

The accommodation provides a living and dining area, three bedrooms, a dressing room and two bathrooms. The living and dining area has a large stone kitchen and a dining table. The living area has a comfortable seating corner and a flatscreen TV with satellite channels. Wireless Internet access is available. Air conditioning in the living area ensures pleasant temperatures on hot days. The bedrooms each have a double bed. If there are two children in addition to six adults, there is a bed in the dressing room.

It is only 1000 metres to the sea. All the beaches are free of charge. The nearby 18-hole golf course can also be used at a fixed fee. Other leisure activities available include trips to the “artists’ village” of Groznjan (about 20km), the walled town of Motovun (about 30km) or a boat to Venice, Rovinj and Brijuni National Park. You can also go on cycle tours along the waterside promenade in Savudrija to Umag or Kanegra. About 3km away you can find a supermarket, bakery, kiosk, post office and bank. There are other shops and discounters in Umag (about 6km away).

    “Ein wunderschönes Haus mit allem was man braucht. Wir haben nichts vermisst. Abends hat man draußen von der Sitzecke einen super tollen Blick auf das Meer. Dank des eingezäunten Grundstücks hatten wir auch kein Problem mit den Hunden. Rund um das Haus kann man auch toll mit den Hunden bewegen. Die Vermieter sind super freundlich.”
