Rott 7 km from Bösingfeld: Holiday village "Ferienpark Extertal". Outside the resort, in a quiet, sunny position. Parking at 20 m. Shop 7 km, grocery 7 km, supermarket 7 km, restaurant 7 km, bus stop 200 m, railway station "Rinteln" 11 km, outdoor swimming pool 10 km, indoor swimming pool 10 km. Golf course (18 hole) 19 km, riding stable 15 km. Well-known lakes can easily be reached: Doktorsee 12 km. Please note: car recommended. Walking trails and hike from the park. The park is located on the edge of the nature reserve and typical Scandinavian wooden houses are in. IDEAL FOR FAMILY HOLIDAYS: the simultaneous booking of apartments DE4923.130.1 and DE4923.130.2 gives access to the whole house. Please note: holiday homes are only allowed for tourist purposes.

Exit to the garden, to the terrace. 1 room with 1 double bed (160 cm, length 200 cm). Kitchenette (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, microwave, electric coffee machine). Shower/WC. Upper floor: 1 room with sloping ceilings, without wardrobe with 1 bed. 1 double bedroom with sloping ceilings, without wardrobe. Electric heating. Terrace partly roofed. Terrace furniture, deck chairs (2), box-room. Facilities: sauna, iron, children's high chair, logs (extra). Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: non-smoking house. Maximum 2 small pets/ dogs allowed. The shared wardrobe for the single- and double room is located on the corridor on the upper floor. Living-/dining room with underfloor heating. Bathroom with underfloor heating and access to the sauna. 1 reserved parking space 20m from the house. Bookings are allowed for holidays only.

    “Sehr schönes Haus, wir waren zu viert über Ostern da...da es geschneit hat, haben wir den Kamin angemacht, das war sehr gemütlich, das Haus ist liebevoll eingerichtet, viele liebevolle Extras, z.B. Teelichter, Kaminholz, bis zu den Müllbeuteln, alles da...sogar eine Flasche Glühwein zur Begrüßung...wir waren auch etwas früher als besprochen da und es war kein Problem, früher ins Haus zu kommen...sehr nette Leute von der Verwaltung.”

    “Gemütliches, zweckmäßig eingerichtetes Haus; Alle Häuser im Park stehen sehr dicht beieinander, durch Bepflanzung wird allerdings versucht, Privatsphäre zu schaffen. Wir haben das angrenzende (Doppel)Haus mitgemietet, eine prima Sache für ein Familientreffen. Im Schuppen findet man sogar einen Grill. Leider ist man die meiste Zeit mit Spülen beschäftigt, da die Teller und Gläser "abgezählt" sind.”
