Generous holiday house in a big garden near a lake – ideal for the whole family

This idyllic holiday house is ideal for all ages and invites you to spend a holiday here. The big garden with ample parking space is by the edge of a forest is located on the edge (about 1 km) of the 60 km² largest lake in Härjedalen.



The property has a main building and a guest house with a double bed (two mattresses 80 x 200cm). The main house also has three bedrooms, one with a double bed (160 x 200cm), the second with a double bed that can also be separated into two single beds (each 90 x 200cm) and a third single bed on a gallery accessed up a ladder, and the third with a double bed (140 x 200cm) and a single bed above it (80 x 200cm). There is also a children’s room with a cot. The generous living room with a soapstone stove has a flatscreen TV with a DVD player, satellite TV, a massage armchairs and a home trainer. The kitchen provides an induction hob, microwave, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, toaster, coffee machine etc. The utility room has a washing machine and an ironing board with an iron. The bathroom with a shower, washbasin and WC is in the rear part of the house. Take a look at the picture of the room layout. All the rooms are at ground level and accessed up three outdoor steps.



The terrace runs around about 2/3 of the house and is partially roofed. Garden furniture, a grill and a parasol are provided. Five bicycles, of which one for a child, are available for hire. One old bicycle is included in the rental price. You can also hire a rowing boat. Sweden is popular for fishing, hunting, cycling, skiing or simply relaxing. The house is equipped with everything you need, from toys to a fishing rod stand, or can be hired optionally.



There is a sandy beach about 2km away. You can enjoy nearly all summer and winter sports activities right from the house. The big ski resorts in Sweden are 50-60km away. There is a golf course 29km away, shops and a swimming pool 22km away.

    “Ein super ausgestattetes und sauberes Ferienhaus auf einem sehr gepflegten Grundstück in einer sehr schönen Umgebung, für Angler ein Paradies. Leider ist der See zu groß für ein Ruderboot, ein Motor wäre empfehlenswert. Elche haben wir leider nicht gesehen, aber dafür tatsächlich einen Bären, nicht weit entfernt von unserem Haus.
    Die Verbrennungstoilette ist überhaupt kein Problem und funktioniert tadellos.
    Wir waren bestimmt nicht zum letzten mal da ;)”

    “Das Haus entspricht in der Ausstattung voll unseren Ansprüchen. Alles ist sauber und ordentlich. Die Schlafmöglichkeiten sind gut. Die Lage ist perfekt, wenn man Ruhe und Abgeschiedenheit mag. Doch das ist genau das, was wir in Schweden gesucht haben. Einzig die Verbrennungstoilette möchte ich als Manko angeben. Dieses Teil ist sehr gewöhnungsbedürftig. Sie funktioniert anstandslos. Trotzdem ist das Teil für einen MItteleuropäer, der mit Wasserklosetts aufgewachsen ist eine vollkommene Umstellung.”

    “Die Alternative ist ein Mehrkammersystem mit Versickerung auf dem Grundstück. Aus ökologischen Gründen ein für mich überholtes System.
    Ein Kanalanschluss wäre wünschenswert, ist aber leider nicht möglich.”
